All orders placed from Europe, Once you have placed your order we will email you your tracking number from USPS. Please allow approx. 2 weeks for delivery.  Please note all orders have a tracking number and can be tracked through the USPS website.  Once the orders shows delivered to address with tracking number MyHairdo  is no longer responsible if items are stolen out of mailbox.

For orders shipped to Canada please allow approx. 2-3 weeks. All other international orders please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery depending on your local post office. Please make sure to enter your delivery address and email address carefully to ensure there are no errors.

MyHairdo offers a 30 day money back guarantee within the USA. We will refund the full cost of the items minus the shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to Europe.  Product must be received back within 30 days of date of delivery to be eligible for refund. 

No refunds on international orders.  Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery of items.
